Terms & Conditions
At Scatz Party Pourerz, we aim to provide a seamless and enjoyable bartending experience for your event. To ensure everything runs smoothly, please review our terms and conditions carefully.
Deposits and Payments
- A non-refundable deposit of 1/3 of the total amount is required to reserve your event date.
- The second payment of 1/3 is due 90 days before the event.
- The final payment is due 7 days before the event.
- If the event is canceled within 60 days of the event, you will be refunded 1/3 of the total payment.
- Cancellations made 45 days before the event will result in a refund of 1/2 of the second payment.
- If cancellation occurs 14 days or less before the event, no refund will be provided.
- If the final payment is not received within 14 days of the event, we will design a package that aligns with the amount received from the deposits.
- If you reserve something within 30 days of event, payment in full is required.
Alcohol Policy
- No shots are allowed at any event. Hard liquor served “on the rocks” intended for shots is also prohibited.
- We strictly prohibit outside alcohol during our service. If outside alcohol is found being consumed, we reserve the right to shut down bar service.
- All guests will be served one cocktail or beer at a time.
Bartender Authority
- All of our bartenders are TIPS certified. For the safety of all guests, we reserve the right to cut off service to any individual who appears visibly intoxicated.
